If you are running late, your service time may be reduced.

If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

The computer system sends out automatic reminders for appointments 48 & 24 hours prior to your service.

If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason more than 24 hours notice is required.

Any cancellations within the 24 hours of appointment time will result in a $40-$60 cancellation fee.

Fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

The salon is not a safe place for children.

There are hot tools, sharp objects and chemicals all within reach.

It is recommended you find accommodations for your children while you are at the salon.

It is recommended that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure your service maintenance is timely.

Any deposit taken will be applied to the service total of the scheduled appointment.

Deposits are non refundable.

No Shows will be charged full service amount.
